Wow factor!
During my due diligence period I toured three different factories in three different states. We went with Athens Park Homes because of the quality and availability. DeAnn the sales manager had the knowledge and experience to set me straight when it came to the Park Model industry. That wowed myself and partners.
The units that we are using as sales models to show customers have the customers all Wowed when they see them. One of my customers the other day told me about another builders Park model. He explained that the other was an econobox and are we have the luxury editions.
